Win a Free Night Stay at The Hilton Rialto

The Florida Chapter is excited to announce a new promotion for our upcoming Winter Regional! You can win a free 1-night stay at the Hilton Rialto in Melbourne during the 2027 Regional (January 13–16, 2027). Here is how you can earn tickets for this drawing (1 night per NCRS membership):

1. Register for Qualifying 2026 Florida Chapter Judging Events
The more events you attend, the higher your chances of winning. Only two events left:

• Tavares 1-Day Judging & BBQ (Sept 12 at Jim & Debbie Davis’ house)
  • Registration Deadline: August 26, 2026 (12:01 AM)
• Howey-in-the-Hills 2-Day Judging (Nov 6–7 at Mission Inn)
  • Registration Deadline: October 20, 2026 

2. Bring a Donation (Earn 1 Ticket Per Event)
Earn bonus tickets by bringing items, baskets, gift cards, cash, or checks to the remaining Florida Chapter events.

• Note: If you donated items at the Sarasota event or after, email Lynne at Lynne456ncrs@gmail.com to ensure your ticket is entered.
• Mail-in Option: If you cannot attend but still want to donate any sum towards creating a basket, mail a check payable to “FL CH donation” postmarked by November 1, 2026.

Drawing Schedule:

• 1st Drawing: Friday, November 6, 2026, at the Mission Inn Membership meeting. (Attendance not required; the winner will be notified).
• 2nd Drawing: Held immediately after the 1st drawing using non-winning tickets and mail-in donation tickets.

Crucial Deadline: December 1, 2026

The winner must respond by December 1st to either:

1. Confirm your reservation at the Hilton Rialto to claim the free night.
2. Decline the room and opt for a free Florida Chapter shirt instead.

All donations directly support the 48th Annual Winter Regional expenses. Thank you for your support!

Charity Auction Item Donations Needed

Help us make our charity raffle a spectacular success at the 48th Annual Florida Winter Regional Event this coming January at the American Muscle Car Museum in Melbourne!
We are collecting donation items throughout the year to build themed raffle baskets. Proceeds from this raffle benefit the NCRS Scholarship Fund to support educational opportunities. You can drop off your contributions at any chapter event. Every contribution—large or small—helps create enticing baskets. We are looking for creative donations centered around three highly requested themes:

• Automotive & Detailing: Anything relating to Corvettes: Premium car wash soaps, microfiber towels, tire shine, detailing sprays, wax, portable shop vacuums, fender covers, car wash gift cards, detailing, oil changes, or car accessories.
• Wine & Spirits: Bottles of wine, fine liquor, seltzers, nuts and other charcuterie items, cocktail mixers, specialized glassware, cocktail shakers, or stoppers.
• Gift Cards: credit cards, restaurant gift cards, or gas cards, National Corvette Museum gift cards. Mail to Chairman: Richard Small, 5140 Palomino Dr. Melbourne, FL 32934.
