12:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Vendor Registration in lobby- bring any outstanding payment and paperwork
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch: Volunteers in Hospitality Tent
Thursday, January 16, 2025:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Registration: Lobby: Pick-up Pre-ordered shirts, Judges shirts, and Volunteer shirts
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Sportsman cars must be driven to the event by 8:00 AM/4:00PM removal if needed
12:00PM – 5:00 PM: Performance Verification (PV) judging by appt.
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Operations (OPS)-All judged cars with owners-w/cold start on judging field
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch for Judges/Tabs, and Volunteers in Hospitality Tent
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: 1-pt judging School: Intro.to Judging (pre-register) for members with less than 25pts
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: 1-pt Judging School (pre-register), choose only 1 class today
5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Fl. Chap.Members’ Meeting following Judging School
6:00 PM – 7:00PM: Welcome Reception (cash bar) at the Rialto Hilton Lobby and Patio: RSVP on reg.

8:30 AM – 4:00 PM: Judging Schedule(53-55, 58-60, 63-64, 67: Tri-Power, 70-72, 73-77, 84-96, 05-07)
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Registration/Information: Lobby: Merchandise for sale
9:00 AM – 9:05 AM: National Anthem: Please focus your attention on the flagpole
9:30 AM – 11:30 AM: 3-pt Adv. Judging Seminar (pre-register) attend both sessions: Maintenance Bldg.
10:30 AM -11:30 AM: Guest speaker TBD at the Hospitality Tent
12:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Lunch for Judges/Tabs./Volunteers working today: Maintenance Bldg
1:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Adv. Judging Seminar-part 2 Main. Bldg.
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Tour the American Muscle Car Museum, NCRS registered participants are free, and all others pay a $30.00 charitable donation at the door to the local Florida Wildlife Hospital
Saturday, January 18, 2025:
6:30 AM – 7:30AM: Judges/Tab./Volunteer Breakfast for those working today: Maintenance Bldg.
8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Judges meeting followed by Owners’ meeting and OJ meeting on the judging field
8:30 AM – 4:00 PM: Judging Schedule (56-57, 61-62, 65, 66, 67:4bbl, 68-69, 78-82, 97-04, Concours)
9:00 AM – 9:10 AM: National Anthem: Please focus your attention on the flagpole
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Registration/Information: Lobby: Merchandise for sale
9:30 AM -11:30 AM: 3-pt Adv. Judging Seminar (pre-register) attend both sessions: Maintenance Bldg. 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Tour the American Muscle Car Museum, NCRS registered participants are free, and all others pay a $30.00 charitable donation at the door to the local Florida Wildlife Hospital

1:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Advanced Judging Seminar-part 2: Maintenance Bldg.
1:00 PM: Ladies’ Choice ballots due at Registration: vote for a car other than yours
3:30 PM (Approx.): Award presentation in the lobby of the AMCM as soon as tabulations are complete.

Cars will be released after the Award Presentations. No cars should remain overnight on the Judging Field
