Road Tour to Revs Institute Museum
April 10th & 11th, 2025
Location: Revs Institute Museum, Naples, Florida
Dates: April 10th & April 11th 2025
Cost: The tour lasts for 2 hours and the cost is $35 per person payable at time of registration.
Hotel: For those members wishing to arrive in Naples on Thursday, April 10th, we have a discounted block of rooms for $149 under NCRS at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham

About the Event:
Our plan for the group is to meet at the Hawthorn Extended Suites by Wyndham, 3557 Pine Ridge Road, Naples, 34109, Exit 107 off Interstate 75 at 9:45 a.m. on Friday morning. The tour will begin at 10:30 a.m. and the hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the Institute. There is free parking at the Institute adjacent to the building.
We will have a group rally point in Bradenton on Thursday for those planning to stay at the hotel so that we may travel to Naples as a group road tour. Exact time and location to be announced.
Carolinas Regional
April 3rd through April 5th
Location: Clemson University’s T. Ed Garrison Expo Center
Host Hotel: Best Western, Tiger Blvd in downtown Clemson. There are dozens of alternate hotels within a few miles of the host hotel to match any award program: (IHG) Holiday Inns , Hampton Inns / Hiltons (HH), Marriotts (Bonvoy), Comfort Inns, etc.
We need more registered Flight Judging and Concours Class cars. Register on line via the NCRS website, Here. Registration is open through March 3rd.
As a reminder, the 2026 National Convention is in Charleston, SC. Thus, the Carolinas Regional is within the “no longer than 3 years but not within one year” judging requirement for the Mark of Excellence Awards.

- Afternoon: flight operations judging
- PV judging – make arrangements with your team leader
- All cars into Expo center by 5 PM, building will be locked and secured
- Gate to trailer parking will be locked
- Judging School: Introduction to NCRS Judging, Host hotel
- Judging School: TBD, Host Hotel
- Welcome Reception at Host Hotel
Friday, April 4
- Flight Judging: 8 AM to – when complete
- 5 PM Expo Center Locked and secured
- 5 PM Trailer parking gate locked
Saturday, April 5
- Flight Judging: 8 AM to – when complete
- Cars removed from Expo Center at conclusion of judging
- 7 PM Banquet at Host Hotel
